It was on August 13 that Hybride's Creative Vice President and VFX Supervisor Joseph Kasparian participated in the ILM "Production Session" titled ILM Presents: The Visual Effects & Virtual Production of "The Mandalorian".

Joseph joined Rachel Rose (R&D Supervisor Industrial Light & Magic), Hal Hickel (Animation Supervisor Industrial Light & Magic) and Landis Fields (Virtual Art Department Visualization Supervisor) to talk about Hybride’s contribution on the project.

ILM and its partner visual effects companies take you behind the scenes of the second season of Lucasfilm's hit Disney+ series "The Mandalorian". The team will discuss an array of the 5,000 visual effects shots created by the global team from sand dragons to ice spiders and miniatures as well. The panelists will also delve into ILM StageCraft 2.0 and Helios, ILM's groundbreaking new real-time render engine implemented for the first time this season.
