For this action movie entirely shot in HD, Hybride produced various types of effects such as explosions gun flashes and bullet impacts, along with CG motorbikes and bikers, knives and darts, most of which composed with live action shots.

The main challenge consisted in creating effects that audiences wouldn't notice. The company's work-included enhanced gunshots and explosions, as well as digital sockets for a scene where Johnny Depp's character loses both eyes.

Rig erasing was also done quite often throughout the movie, such as in the scene where Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek jump from a building.
